You may register a claim about a procedure which has already been performed (or file a complaint) either in writing addressed to the headquarters of our clinic at Be Elite Clinic s.r.o., Jindřišská 939/20, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, or by email: info@beeliteclinic.cz.
If you are not satisfied with the settlement of the claim (complaint), according to Sect. 93 et seq. Act 372/2011 Coll., the Act on Health Services, as amended, you may file a complaint with the relevant administrative body. In your complaint also state the reasons for your disagreement with the settlement of the complaint.
